    The cows are called by saying "Che; Che; Che;" They are milked out of doors in Summer. The cow house is washed with lime once a year. The cows receive the most attention in this district.

  2. Calves are reared in large numbers by farmers in this district. They are called "suck; suck." They are kept out of doors practically the year round.
    Horses are tied with a rope, they eat their hay and corn out of a wooden manger.
    Hens come for "Chuckie Thiocfaidh." Chickens come for " Birdie: Birdie."
