  1. The Dursey seine was out one night and it took a CÚRS (cúrsa) down towards Beal-atha-Bó and Baile na Carraige but met no fish. They turned around and decided to go away north out the mouth of the Sound. The seine boat was a little ahead of the Follower. Just as they were coming up near Poll Bitheóige (This is a little nook in the east side of Oileán. They used dry the seines there and spread them out up on the Bán. It was also a great place for fishing [?] etc off the rock) the crew of the follower saw the boat turning into the cuas. They pulled up
