    Old stories were much more common in days gone by they are nowadays.

    Old stories weer much more common in days gone by that than they are nowadays. One of these is about a Protestant Bishop who was very cruel to all the people around and especially to the poor.
    Once it happened that summer and Autumn turned out very wet and no crops could be saved so the poor were badly in want of corn. But the Bishops granaries were packed with corn and when the people asked for some he ordered them away. So he approved a special day for the people to come and get as much corn as would do them for the Winter. All the people were glad and they all flocked into the...
