    There was a hurling match played in Kellys' field between Leitrim and Kilmihil. The good players for Leitrim were Michael Lernihan, Daniel Carey, and Michael Keane.
    The people used also challenge each other at bowling. They used meet at the crossroads. Some of the good bowlers were Michael and Martin Reidy, and Jim Honan. The hurleys which they used were salley sticks,
