    arrest him. John Dundon was a native of Milltown and he went around the country selling perry-winkles. Taḋg A Dalṫa was a native of Kilrush and he went around the country gathering rags, and giving needles in return The other tramps went around begging. There are very few tramps going around at the present day, because there was a law passed a few years ago in Parliament forbidding them to beg. The old class of tramps are getting a pension to keep them up.
