    Come all ye boys from far and near and listen to my song

    I.
    Come all ye boys from far and near, listen to my song.
    Its only a verse or two, it won't detain you long.
    Its about a certain Gaelic club with men of high renown
    They hail from Glassmarget half a mile from Rathdrum town.
    II.
    The club was formed in September in the year of thirty three.
    And there getting better day by day
    as you can plainly see
    with a chariman and treasurer, a secretary too
    a committ then of nine or ten and scores of followers true.

    Their first match against Killoughten
