    to each end of the fork. Snares are made of wire and they are used for catching rabbits in the Summer time. Bows and arrows are made of sally rods and a piece of twine tied at each end, they are used for shooting birds. Rush hats are made of rushes and are used in the Summer.
    Christmas horns are made out of bottles and are used at Christmas. Whips are made out of sticks about a yard long and a piece of cord tied on the end of them and they are used for driving cattle in and out of the cow-house.
