    Old Mother Goose
    When she wanted to wander
    would ride through the air
    on a fine gander.
    Jack Sprat cold eat no fat.
    His wife could eat no lean.
    And so between them both
    They licked the platter clean.
    Christmas is coming and
    the geese are getting fat.
    Please put a penny
    in the old man's hat.
    If you haven't a penny
    a half-penny will do.
    If you haven't a half-penny
    God bless you.
