- A cure for warts is to get an snail and put it on the warts. Then hang the snail on a thorny bush and when the snail withers the wart goes. Another cure is to dip your hand in rock and it will be cured.
If a child was choking get a bucket of cold water and sitk some red hot corns [?] in the water and hold the childs face over it. The steam going up into his mouth will make him cough up whatever was making him choke.
