   The bread made locally is not like the bread we make now. It was very strong because it was made made of oatmeal. Oatmeal was fixed with a little salt and soda. Water was added for he kneading, then it was dried with a little flour and was flattened out on a bread board.
   There are many other kinds of bread which the people used to make. These were potato
