in their turn she says, "Sunday,
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
Friday, Saturday," She repeats these
words several times till she is round
them all, and when she is finished
she says to the servant girl, "Don't
lose any of these children," and she
goes for her walk.
The witch comes back and
asks the servant girl, "I want a loaf
of bread." The servant girl says," The
Breadman did not come yet," The mother
comes in after a walk and repeats the
same words, "Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday,"
and she finds all her children there.
She goes away again and the witch
returns for the bread and the servant
gives away a couple of the children
for loaves. The mother returns again
and as usual she says, "Sunday, Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday"
