    Cure for a sore head is to take nettle tea. Boil the nettles then put milk and sugar on it.
    Cure for a burn put soot on it and it will stop it from smarting
    Cure for consumption is to [go] out in the early morning and gather snails roast them and eat them.
    Cure for measles is to get a big red worm and rub it up and down three times a day until the worm withers. When the worm begins to wither the measles begin to wither also.
    Cure for blisters on your tongue is to rub honey on them
    Cure for warts rub a snail on them and when the snail begins to wither the warts begin to wither also.
    Cure for a toothache wash your mouth with salt and water
    Cure for vomiting drink soda and water.
    Cure for a sore stomach boil water and put mustard or ginger on [sic] it and drink it.
