  1. The place I live in is called the Glen. It is in the townland of Ramelton and in the Parish of Tullyfern. It is in the Barony of Kilmacrennan. The population of Ramelton is about one thousand.
    Most of the houses are two storeys high. The names of the families are Durning, Mackey, Kerr, Roulston, Harkin, Mc Fadden, Stewart, Brown, Boyce, Gildea, Malsed, Curren, Mc Daid, and Mills.
    There is an old man living near us and he can tell stories in Irish.
