  1. In old times the fairies were seen in the lough Glen in Drung Co. Donegal. They were seen on moonlight nights, and were mostly seen on the Halloweve night.
    They wore red dresses and red caps, and they were fallen angels from the time of the war in Heaven. Others say they were evil spirits.
    They came and stole good children and left bad children in their places. They made music and they danced.
