  1. Some birds migrate when the winter comes but others stay in Ireland. The swallows go away to hot countries and winter. The Robin builds his nest and fences. The cuckoo goes to hot countries in August when the weather is beginning to get cold. She lays her eggs and another birds nest. The lark builds his nest in the ground is white spotted with brown. The blackbird and the thrush usually build in the bushes and lay five or six eggs.
