  1. In the olden days the rich farmers used to keep men for minding their sheep on the mountains. These men were called shepherds, they used to spend day and night minding the sheep. These men met very few people. They never went to mass. They used always pray while minding the sheep. It happened in Kerry some time ago when the shepherd's master died the shepherd had to go and (for) look for another job. While he was travelling along the road he met a large crowd of people.
