Bhí fear ag teacht abhaile ón sean-phobail oidhche amháin.
Nuair a bhí sé gairid do thobar Cill an Fhuarthainn d’airigh sé beirt chailíní teacht aníos an bóthar agus chuaidh sé síos go dtí an tobar.
Thosnuigh sé ag bualadh an uisce agus tháinig scannradh ar na cailíní. Bhuail sé an t-uisce arís agus bhí scannradh ortha agus thuit siad fuair marbh ar an talamh.
Deirtear nach ceart bheith ag cur eagla ar aoinne san oidhche.
Fuair mé an scéal seo ó mo sheanmháthair. Tá sí ceithre fichid bliadhain d’aois.
