- An old custom is carried on in my locality. Some people pull flowers and decorate some trees at their doors. Others pull primroses and cover the doorstep with them.Others pull a rose bush and put flowers of all kinds on it. Others still put up a May altar and cover the Blessed Virgin statue with primroses.
