- Candles were made in this district long ago which was got mostly in sheep and goats. The tallow was boiled and when made into a liquid was poured into moulds which were fitted with a wick in the centre.
There were several kinds of soaps made from different substances. Some of the common kinds were made from fats and washing soda.
Pots are made from mettle melted into a liquid and poured into moulds.
