    Jack Lawlor was caught above at the north side, by the Black and Tans; and they carried him down to the street and put him in to a house there until morning. It was in Mc Carthy's house he was. They took him out in the morning and they carried him up to Ballyheigue church yard gate. They say he caught the gate with his hands and he would not let it go; and all of them caught him and could
