  1. One night many years ago there were a number of Dursey-men out net-fishing to the north side of the island at a place near [?] Faill Chumney. There was a Leary man there from Tigh-Lic-a-Finne and also Jerh Mhór of Cill Mhichíl. They had one boat which was of a very funny shape and not a very sea-worthy boat surely. After a few hauls they took a good share of fish and they loaded the bad boat fairly deep. Jer Mór was in her and he was protesting very strongly against loading her so deep
