Ar an leathanach seo
- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)mount at Stormanstown about a mile away. It is about six feet high at the entrance. The sides are built with stone and it is covered on the top by large flags. It was a hiding place for Priests during the penal days, and mass used to be celebrated in it.

There are ten families in it. There are about fifty people living in Pepperstown.
There is only one thatched house, and nine are slated. There are four two-storeyed houses. There are two new cottages and these are roofed with red tiles.
