- (continued from previous page)other farmers they have barrell churns. There is a big frame made with four legs under it. The barrell is laid across it with two handles at each end. In the center there is a small hole about the size of a plate for putting in the cream. Near this there is a small hole with a cork in it to let in the air now and again. When the cream is then put in the two can twist it.
