  1. I got a thread spool and cut it in two halves and I sharpened one end of one half, and drove a stick through the hole of the spool and make it spin. It is called a spinning jenny. I got a piece of burtree and I drilled a hole through it, and got a piece of a stick for a ramrod, that is called a burtree gun. It is for shooting pieces of paper, I got two pieces of paper and put one in at each end, and pushed in the ramrod, and one of the plugs of paper flew out. I got two pieces of cord and I tied a bit of leather between the two pieces of cord.
