  1. There are two holy wells in Iskaheen, Muff, Co. Donegal an eye-well and a head-well and persons that have sore eyes go to the eye-well and wash their eyes with the holy water, and any persons that have a sore head go to the head-well and rub their heads with the holy water. Long ago when the people took the toothache they caught a frog and (and) kissed it for a cure. The cure that was for the whooping cough was, the persons had to go three times underneath a donkey.
