    The first thing the frmers do when setting potatoes is clean the ground. Then spread manure. When sreading the manure they say they top dressing the ground. After that they spend the nights cutting the seed the way they cut the seed is cut the potato in halves then in quarters and they make sure that they leave an eye in every seed because if they leave no eye there will grow no slab stalk. The Kerr Pink is the best potato for seed
