  1. The oldest graveyards in this district are Nohoval, Kilcummin, Cullen and Old Chapel. They are all still in use.
    The Old Chapel is in the townland of Knocknacoppal, and is a very old graveyard. In olden times there was a small thatched chapel there. Later, it was transferred to Rathmore, and the old ground was used as a burial ground. There is no trace of the old church there now. The churchyard
