  1. Many years ago St. Dolaughts Church near Malahide was belonging to the Roman Catholics, but the population was very small, and the few that attended there were very poor. Decay set in and the Church was soon in ruins. Some years later the land lordo who was English and a President rebuilt the Church for their own services as they did not altar the out side there remained a holy water fount.
Every morning this fount filled with water of it's own accord although the sexton of the Church emptied it every day, it still kept filling up.
