The horses have names such as Barney, Dick, Shamrock and Lillie. The stable is made of stone and has a cemented floor. There is a wooden partition between every horse. They horses are tied with a rope around the neck. The rope goes through a ring which is fastened to the partition and a square block is tied to the end of the rope so that it cannot slip through the ring.
