- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)When a smith shoeing a horse, he uses a lot of tools. First he gets a piece of iron, puts it into the fire, until it is red hot. Then he gets a pinchers and takes it out of the fire and leaves it on the anvil and gets the sledge and makes it into the shape of a horse's hoof. Then he leaves the shoe on the horse's foot and gets nails with big (heaads) heads on them and drives them into the horse's foot with a hammer.
The smiths shoe horses and donkeys and they make ploughs, harrows, shovels, and pikes. The smiths only work in the open air when they are shoeing wheels. - (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)When a smith shoeing a horse, he uses a lot of tools.
