  1. Hail bloom of Phoebus the Pride of Erin
Which from Loch Lein do its groves bear away
To which fair Haven ships from each nation
Rides light unshaken by winter sea.
Where the swans are resorting fishes sporting
Hounds make vocal in a woodland near
    Coach like thunder creating wonders
And the old seems young at 100 years.
    II.
The Gods and Graces and dancing mazes
The Apple Venus when here it grew.
Which caused the beams of the trojan Legions
    And lovely Helens misfortune too.
T'was here Actean had seen the fair one
Diana bathing in a verdant grove.
The mad and crazy regained their reason
In this old fairy sweet land of love.
    III
A perfect fabric stands in the Eden
As could be made by the Act of Man
To which tails and Great States men
Flocked from each nation to take its plan
Of the nine Muses Pollo Cupid
The Organ of Juno comes here to know
    Trees producing each fragrant fruitage.
