  1. In almost every part of the world there are certain statues, crosses, or pictures in every house.
    Every statue is made of marble, and they are painted.
    At any well that St. Patrick has blessed people leave a statue, but one statue is all that is left at it to honour his feast. There are also badges and shamrocks worn on St. Patrick's Day. People get cures from any well that he blessed.
    St. Brigid was a good saint, and there are statues in honour of her.
    On Palm Sunday palm is blessed, and people put some of the palm in the old houses and then some of it in some part of the dwelling house.
