If there is a rainbow in the sky it is the sign of rain.
When the hills and mountains look far away and blue it is the sign of fine weather but when they look near and brown it is the sign of rain.
When the seagulls are coming inland it is the sign of wet weather. When the sheen is on the grass in the morning it is the sign of rain. If you see the smoke going up straight t is the sign of fine weather but if you see the smoke blowing around it is the sign of rain. When you see some little silk threads in the air it is the sign of rain.
