  1. Long ago there was an old house in Bailieboro where an old man was dying.
You can see where the house was as there are three big rocks in the front garden.
Some of the dying man's friends were in the house and one of them happened to go outside and he saw a black man standing in the garden beside a coffin.
He got a fright and ran in and bolted the door.
The man had just died and suddenly the house began to crack and shake.
When the people opened the door, the disturbance ceased.
They buried the man in the garden and they said that the black man came for him.
