Long ago there was a lot of travellers. There is not as many travellers now. The travellers visited my house.
Nearly all the travellers had baskets and they sold studs, safety pins and other things. The people bought something from them always.
There is not as much welcome now for the travellers as long ago. My Grand father told me, that the kitchen doors were always opened for the travellers. The names of the travellers who usually came around long ago was Mickey the Sweep and the "Colonel" and Patsy Fegan.
The people, who usually visited our house is Mrs Russell, the O'Brien(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
