    There is a place in south Kilkenny called Poll an Easbaigh. It is said that it got its name because often a Bishop hid there during the Penal Days.
    Another name of a place in south Kilkenny is Coill an Easbaigh. It got its name, because often that same Bishop often hid there.
    The teacher in the hedge-school in Món Mhóir often hid in these retreats also.
