  1. Many stories are told about the Holy Family one of which is about the Flight into Egypt.
    It is said that when The Holy Family were being pursued by the soldiers into Egypt they were passing by a field in which some men were sowing corn. The Blessed Virgin said to the men that if the soldiers asked them had anyone passed to say they had when they were sowing the corn. That minute the corn grew up, ripened and was ready to cut. The men went home for scythes to cut the corn. Next day the soldiers went by and asked the men had they seen
