the Fir Bolgs are supposed to have built it. One day last year four men came to cut bushes around the fort. There was never dancing or singing or sport of any kind heard in it. When anyone would be ploughing in the field they would not plough within perch of the fort. If they did some of the cattle or sheep would be drowned or killed that would be in the field.
