Another man owned a field in which there was another fort. One day he went out and cut a bush which grew in the fort. That night he fell sick. His wife went down at twelve o'clock that night and asked the fairies to cure her husband and that they could take something that would be of less value. The next morning he was almost better. They missed the best cow they had so they found her lying dead at the fort.
There is another fort in Mr Taaffe's field.
