- The people long ago used only eat twice in the day. Their meals were the breakfast and the dinner. Sometimes they might have a plate of stirabout going to bed to them.
The men and boys used work till eleven o clock when they would get their breakfast. Some of them when they would get up, would gather ewes in to a pen and milk them.
They would have yellow meal stirabout and bulls or ewes milk for the breakfast and dinner. They used have no potatoes because the potatoes would be destroyed with the blight. They(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
