  1. Once an Englishman and an Irishman and a Scotchman were walking along a road. They made up their minds to steal something. The Irishman stole a cart the Scotchman a horse and the Englishman a sheep. They were found out and they were brought to court.
    The Englishman was asked where he got the sheep. He said he had it since it was a lamb. The Scotchman was asked where he got the horse. He said he had it since it was a foal. Then
