  1. Michael Forry of Taviane Kilkelly Co. Mayo was herding cows for the O'Gradys of Tavrane one evening he was going out for the cows and as he was passing by the fort he heard a child crying and he heard a woman saying to the child "Stop crying Alanna you will have plenty of milk when O'Grady's speckled cow will spill it" So he brought in the cow and when he was milking her she gave a kick to the bucket and spilled the milk. Every evening he milked the cow she was sure to spill so he told the O'Grady's. Another evening as he was passing the same fort he saw a
