    What is it that has no boots yet wears them out?
    A football.
    Why isa cloud like a king?
    Because they both rain over people.
    Why do swans?? grow smaller as they get older
    Because they grow down.
    With which hand do you stir your tea?
    Neither, you use a spoon.
    Why does tying a horse to a post improve his pace?
    It makes him fast.
    Why is a newly-hatched chicken like a cocktail?
    Because it was never seen before.
    Why is a peacock like the figure 9?
    Because it is nothing without its tail.
    Tell me a bow you cannot tie.
    A rain-bow.
    As I was going up yonder hill,
    I saw a great wonder
