  1. The Fair of Ramelton is usually held in the street. The buyers come every Fair day to the street.
    The Fair is held in the town. In one fairs there are sports and competitions. The people buy the cattle in the streets, and they pay the money in the streets.
    When the animal is sold they strike hands to show that the bargain is made.
    When the people pay for the cattle they ask for luck money. The animals are marked by rubbing paint on their backs, or cutting a piece of hair out of their backs. If there is a halter on the animal the halter is sold along with the animal.
