  1. When we are playing hopscotch we draw a square thing on the ground or on the road with a line drawn through the middle of it. Then we draw a round thing at each end and we call them the "crowns". Then we draw two lines slanted from corner to corner and the same on the other side too. Then when we are finished with that some player gets a small round stone and puts it in one of the crowns then they hop on one leg and kicks the stone as they go after it but they must not put their foot on any of the lines or if the stone goes out side the square you are out or if the stone does be on the line the player is out. Then another one starts and if she goes from one crown to the other without tramping on the lines or without making the stone go on a line or without putting the stone out side the square that is counted one then the same player does that again till she goes out.
    You cannot put your other foot down either.
