    The townland of Lagahurry sub divisions Ballindavoe and Clara in the north of the Isle of Doagh. This townland is comprized of twenty one families Ballindavoe has three, Lagahurry ten Clara six and Molohour two. Before the great famine of 48 there were 43 families in the district.
