  1. There was a Mission held in Drumkeeran in the year 1886. There was a man named M Glen who lived near Keadue. One day he was putting in hay and he sent his daughter to Drumshambo for tobacco. She was a long time gone and did not come back. Her fathers went after her. He followed her to Drumshambo and he got some information that she was gone on. He continued on walking and he got sight of her at Leddy's Post Office. He brought her home and went to bed and he never got up after that. The girl grew up and went to America and he was still in bed. He was in bed for 50 years. I think he died some years ago.
