    Hidden Treasure

    About £100 is hidden in the walls of the church of St Mary Tarbert. One night a man dreamt he knocked the wall at the eastern side and he got the money. Some time after he succeeded in knocking the wall but to his surprise he got no money. This church is still standing in old ruins.
