  1. There is an arched fireplace in a little plot of ground in the district of Clolefin beside the main road from Mitchelstown to Kildorrery about half way between these two towns. Some say this is the birthplace of St Molaga. This is now the property of P.S. Murphy ex T.D. (Fianna Fail,) and Solicitor.
