I sent in all the old mummers' rhymes, and in one half of them where the Emperor of Russia knock down the Grand Signeor, the following is said by the former:In dow dug day ho'er day, the pig of ponts, a little frog lived in a well, a little white duck picked him up, and holem holem hook and neanenger yer present me your word and I shall fight thee him. There was a house in Ballamonin and they used to give out the stirabout in the Famine time. They used to boil the stirabout in a great big to boiler and then they would sell it out in waggon.
